As the assistant to the Senior Vice President for Marketing, Sales & Customer Support, you serve as a trusted partner, central interface and organizational backbone of MTU Maintenance’s global Sales, Marketing and Customer Support organization. You and your team of students proactively support the SVP in strategic, operational and conceptual matters, independently drive initiatives and programs, and ensure the efficient coordination of processes, reporting structures and governance bodies across all locations. You also lead a small internal support team and coordinate the student workforce to deliver on the organization’s priorities.

YOUR TASKS

  • Proactive support of the SVP in strategic, operational and company-wide topics, including preparation of executive decision papers and C-level presentations
  • Independent coordination, management and execution of cross-functional projects and workstreams of varying scope and complexity
  • Acting as the central point of contact for processes, standards and systems within the global Marketing, Sales & Customer Support organization
  • Overall responsibility for planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting for the organization; definition, enhancement and continuous tracking of KPIs and management dashboards
  • Support the end-to-end customer experience across digital and personal touchpoints; structure feedback loops and translate insights into improvement initiatives
  • Drive the ‘MV Next Level’ organizational development program in collaboration with internal/external trainers (planning, delivery, success tracking)
  • Own and further develop the ‘MV Hub’ communication platform (editorial planning, content quality, stakeholder alignment)
  • Contribute to the company-wide E2E ‘Lead-to-Cash’ transformation program (scope definition, milestone tracking, risk & dependency management)
  • Identify optimization potential in organizational structures, processes and management systems and translate into concrete, prioritized measures
  • Interface management between the business and IT, including functional responsibility for all EDP-/system-related topics (requirements, testing, roll-out, adoption)
  • Representation of the organization in internal committees and cross-divisional initiatives
  • Overall responsibility for the student team, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluation and continuous development
  • Capacity planning, task allocation and prioritization for the student team as well as coordination of a small internal support team

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable field
  • Young professional with experience in an international organization or management consultancy
  • Very strong command of Microsoft 365 (including AI-assisted features), Excel and PowerPoint; high affinity for reporting, controlling and CRM systems; a digital mindset is essential
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
  • Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities combined with a high level of autonomy and ownership
  • High degree of flexibility, resilience and ability to perform under time pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence with a professional presence
  • Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style
