YOUR TASKS

  • Erstellung von Einlastungs­szenarien unter Berücksichtigung von Ressourcenverfügbarkeiten
  • Bewertung optimaler Routing‑Strategien (Repair vs. Replace) entlang der Prozesskette
  • Verantwortung für die Termin‑ und TAT‑Planung inklusive Identifikation kritischer Routen, Engpassressourcen und potenzieller Terminrisiken
  • Analyse von TAT‑Abweichungen und Performancekennzahlen (Root‑Cause‑Analysen) sowie Erstellung von Forecasts, KPI‑ und Managementreports
  • Ableitung prozessrelevanter Zusammenhänge auf Basis komplexer Produktions‑ und Systemdaten inklusive Erstellung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen für Fachbereiche und Führungskräfte
  • Überführung fachlicher Anforderungen aus MRO‑Prozessen in digitale Systemlösungen sowie aktive Weiterentwicklung der System‑ und Datenlandschaft
  • Enge Abstimmung mit relevanten Schnittstellenabteilungen wie Produktion, Customer Account, IT, LEAN

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung und ‑steuerung komplexer Reparatur‑ oder Fertigungsprozesse, idealerweise im MRO‑ / Luftfahrtumfeld
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PPS/ERP‑Systemen, insbesondere SAP (Kenntnisse in mehreren Modulen von Vorteil)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse, idealerweise mit SQL sowie BI‑Tools wie KNIME, Tableau oder vergleichbar
  • Verständnis für Produktionskennzahlen, TAT‑Steuerung und Performance‑Monitoring
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden, Fachbereichen, IT und Management
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen bei Priorisierungskonflikten sowie sicheres Handeln unter Zeitdruck
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
