Als Senior Expert:in für Leadership Development bringen Sie fundierte Erfahrung in allen Themenfeldern der Personal- und Führungskräfteentwicklung, insbesondere in der Beratung des der Führungskräfte mit. Ihre ganzheitliche Entwicklungserfahrung und -kompetenz bringen Sie proaktiv in die Kompetenz- und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung unserer Führungskräfte ein.

YOUR TASKS

  • Eigenständige, aktive (Weiter-)Entwicklung, Steuerung und Implementierung von Führungskräfte-Entwicklungskonzepten für den MTU Konzern
  • Beratung, Begleitung und Befähigung von Führungskräften in persönlichen und organisationalen Wachstums- und Veränderungsprozessen
  • Steuerung von externen Partnern hinsichtlich der zu definierenden Entwicklungsprogramme
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Top Excecutive Team zur Absicherung einer durchgängigen Entwicklungslandkarte über alle Führungsebenen
  • Organisation und Moderation von Workshops, Potenzialkonferenzen und Führungskräfteveranstaltungen
  • Berücksichtigung von Entwicklungen und Trends aus Wissenschaft, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft zur aktiven strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches Leadership Development

YOUR PROFILE

  • Fundierte, mehrjährige Erfahrung in unterschiedlichen Organisationen für Themen der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung, vorzugsweise in international agierenden, größeren Industrieunternehmen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Psychologie, der Wirtschaftspsychologie, der Soziologie, oder vergleichbarer Bereiche
  • Internationale Erfahrung in den Bereichen Beratung, Training und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung
  • Fundierte Beratungsausbildungen (z.B. systemische Coaching- o. Beraterausbildung, Transaktionsanalyse, o.Ä.)
  • Ziel- und lösungsorientierte, proaktive, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude am Arbeiten über Teamgrenzen hinweg
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft
