YOUR TASKS

  • Aufbau/ Erstellung eines Netzwerkreportings über alle weltweiten MTU MRO-DAT-Standorte
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Analyse relevanter Netzwerk- und Leistungskennzahlen (KPI) der MRO-DAT-Standorte
  • KPI-Benchmarking, Identifikation von Schwachstellen und Verbesserungspotentialen im MRO-DAT-Netzwerk
  • Definition von Optimierungsmaßnahmen, um Effizienz, Qualität und Kostenstruktur nachhaltig zu verbessern
  • Identifikation und Implementierung von Best Practices im MRO DAT-Netzwerk zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Meetings zur Förderung der Kommunikation und des Wissensaustauschs innerhalb des MRO DAT-Netzwerkes

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, vorzugsweise Luft- und Raumfahrt oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement notwendig
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
