YOUR TASKS

  • Zusammenstellen von Daten sowie deren grafische Aufbereitung zur Darstellung der operativen Performance sowohl regelmäßig als auch bei einzelnem Bedarf sowie die Pflege von Kennzahlenboards
  • Unterstützung der Meister und Teamleiter in allgemeinen administrativen Tätigkeiten vorbehaltlich von Themen, die personenbezogene Daten von Dritten berühren
  • Zuarbeiten für Projekte innerhalb Meister- und / oder Teamleiterbereichen
  • Unterstützung bei Veränderungsprozessen und bei der Sicherstellung der Produktionsfähigkeit
  • Aufzeigen und Anstoßen von Verbesserungen sowie ggf. Überwachen der Umsetzung
  • Fehler- und Störungsanalysen im Bereich und Verankern von abgestimmten, nachhaltigen Abstellmaßnahmen unter Nutzung der erforderlichen Unternehmensprozesse
  • Durchführung von Aufgaben gleicher oder anderweitigen Anforderungen im Auftrag des Fachvorgesetzten; zusätzliche fachliche Weisung durch Fachvorgesetzte

  • Analysieren und Bearbeiten von bereichsspezifischen IT-Themen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene, mindestens 3-jährige fachbezogene Berufsausbildung
  • Weiterbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung vorausgesetzt
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Standardanwendungen
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Access und SAP R/3
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
