Our positions are generally permanent, but will initially be filled on a temporary basis. 

YOUR TASKS

  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Bauteilen zum 3D Scannen an der ATOS Scan Box 5120, Zeiss Inspect 
  • Kleben von Referenzpunkten und Nullpunkten zur Vorbereitung 3D Scannen
  • Aufrufen und Abarbeiten von vorgegebenen Programmen
  • Programmierung von Programmen für Beschädigungsanalysen/Messtätigkeiten
  • Rüsten von komplexen Bauteilen anhand der Arbeitsanweisungen oder in Zuarbeit zur Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Arbeiten nach MTU-spezifischer Dokumentation
  • Ermitteln von Parametern und Messdaten sowie Dokumentation von Messergebnissen
  • Bedienung weiterer Sondermaschinen nach Einweisung

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene, mindestens 3-jährige technische Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung und in der CNC-Programmierung mit verschiedenen Steuerungen (z.B. Siemens 840 D, Heidenhain, etc.) 
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse in der Fertigungsmesstechnik, Weiterbildung im Bereich der Messtechnik wünschenswert
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie EDV- und SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich ATOS Professional, GOM Inspect Pro, AUKOM 1/2, Robotersteuerung Fanuc/ABB wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

Gewissenhaftes und selbstständiges Arbeiten, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke runden Ihr Profil ab.
