Die Stelle wird zunächst auf zwei Jahre befristet besetzt.

YOUR TASKS

  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Betreuung und Beratung der zentralen Repair Network Organisation, die standortübergreifend tätig ist – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Controlling-Teams sowie dem Konzerncontrolling
  • Unterstützung bei Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen, u.a. Berechnungen von Angebotskalkulationen im Rahmen lfd. Kundenausschreibungen (Bidding Prozess), Investitionsvorhaben (z.B. neue Reparaturverfahren, neue Standorte, Kapazitätsausweitungen), Make or Buy Entscheidungen sowie Allokation und Transfer von Reparaturen innerhalb des MTU Netzwerkes
  • Aufbau und Durchführung des Controllings für laufende und neue Projekte sowie Identifizierung von Handlungsfeldern
  • Unterstützung der nationalen und internationalen Standorte bei Sonderthemen und strategisch relevanten Projekten
  • Erstellung von übergreifenden Berichten sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen
  • Kaufmännische Bewertung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Topmanagement
  • Übernahme von Aufgaben im Rahmen von konzernübergreifenden Initiativen mit kaufmännischen Bezug
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von konzerneinheitlichen Methoden und Standards sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung des Berichtswesens und Durchführung betriebswirtschaftlicher Fach- und Prozessschulungen

    YOUR PROFILE

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH/BA) der Betriebswirtschaft / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
    • Einschlägige kaufmännische Berufserfahrung inkl. Kenntnissen in der IFRS Rechnungslegung
    • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und Zahlenverständnis
    • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht und verständlich darzustellen
    • IT-Affinität sowie Interesse an neuen digitalen Controlling-Lösungen
    • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP wünschenswert
    • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität in Kombination mit Kommunikationsstärke und verhandlungssicherem Englisch 
    • Reisebereitschaft
