Diese Stelle wird zunächst befristet für die Dauer von 24 Monaten besetzt.

YOUR TASKS

  • Standortübergreifende Trainingskonzeption, -beratung und -management mit Schwerpunkt in Sozialkompetenz- und Führungstrainings, dazu gehören:
    • Erhebung des Bildungsbedarfs einschließlich der Beratung der Fachbereiche
    • Entwicklung und Implementierung ganzheitlicher Lernkonzepte in verschiedenen Lernformaten
    • Verwaltung von (Online-)Trainings im nationalen Learning Management System (SAP)
    • Auswahl und Unterstützung der internen sowie externen Referent:innen
    • sowie das Reporting
  • Ausbau von (inter-)nationalen E-Learning Angeboten: Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Contentdefinition, Koordination und Auswahl von Dienstleistern für die Erstellung von Lerninhalten bzw. eigenständige Entwicklung neuer E-Learning-Module
  • Leitung von Projekten aus dem Bereich Lernen, Lerntechnologie und Personalentwicklung für den MTU-Konzern weltweit sowie Mitarbeit in abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten als Vertreter:in der Personalentwicklung
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte zu Ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung sowie Lernbedarfen und -angeboten  

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Psychologie, Pädagogik mit Schwerpunkt Erwachsenenbildung oder in vergleichbaren Bereichen
  • Fundierte, mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personal- und Führungskräfteentwicklung, vorzugsweise in international agierenden, größeren Industrieunternehmen mit Matrixstruktur
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Training, Didaktik, Lerntechnologien sowie inhaltliche Expertise in Sozial- und Führungskompetenzentwicklung
  • Projektmanagement- und Moderationserfahrung
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Freude am Arbeiten über Teamgrenzen hinweg
  • Sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse insbesondere in Success Factors wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft für planbare, gelegentliche Dienstreisen an andere nationale und internationale MTU-Standorte wird vorausgesetzt

Diese Stelle ist an unserem Standort München angesiedelt und kann hybrid, also im Wechsel zwischen mobilem Arbeiten und Anwesenheit vor Ort, ausgeführt werden.
