YOUR TASKS

  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden sowie deren Betreuung für den Geschäftsbereich Engineering & Testing
  • Selbstständige Verhandlung von Verträgen und Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Eigenständige Steuerung und Abwicklung von Aufträgen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Klärung von Kundenanfragen
  • Abstimmung und Koordination mit den internen Fachbereichen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
  • Übernahme von Projektmanagement-Tätigkeiten, wie z.B. Konzeptionierung und Einführung digitaler Alternativen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwissenschaften bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Account Management
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und starkes Interesse an digitaler Veränderung
  • Moderationsgeschick und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Kunden und Teammitgliedern
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Zielstrebigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
  • Technisches Verständnis ist vorteilhaft
  • Sehr gute Microsoft 365- und SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
