YOUR TASKS

  • Eigenverantwortliche Aufbereitung und Weiterentwicklung des centerinternen Informations- und Berichtswesens, standortübergreifend auch in englischer Sprache
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management, um wichtige Erkenntnisse und damit die Entscheidungsgrundlage durch Berichterstattung, Rohstoffinformationen und Risikomanagement zu liefern
  • Leitung / Unterstützung von Projekten im Bereich Reporting, Rohmaterialmanagement, Berichtswesen und Risikomanagement
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung moderner Berichtskonzepte in die bestehende MTU System-Landschaft (z.B. Tableau, SAP BW) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der IT
  • Sammeln und Bereitstellen von Daten über Beschaffung und Logistik für interne und externe Stakeholder
  • Erarbeitung von Schulungskonzepten sowie Durchführung der Trainings

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreicher Studienabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Einkauf / Technisches Lieferantenmanagement von Vorteil 
  • Fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen Berichterstattung, Datenanalyse und Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung der Systeme SAP BW, Tableau oder ähnliche Plattformen
  • Routinierter Umgang mit den MS Office Applikationen
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten im Hinblick auf die effektive Vermittlung von komplexen Informationen 
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit, analytisches Denken und ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation
