YOUR TASKS
- Erstellung von Exportdokumentation, inkl. Zoll- und Gefahrgutdokumentation unter Beachtung geltender Vorschriften, insbesondere von Export- und Embargovorschriften
- Transportkoordination und Beauftragung von Transportdienstleistern
- Mitarbeit bei der Auswahl von Transportdienstleistern, Vergleich und Bewertung von Transportofferten
- Sachlich und rechnerische Prüfung von Transportrechnungen
- Anfertigung und Versand der kompletten auftragsbezogenen Dokumentation
- Weltweite Kommunikation in englischer Sprache
YOUR PROFILE
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
- Erfahrungen im speditionellen Umfeld (Luftfracht, Seefracht und Landverkehr)
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Luftfahrtsicherheit (bekannter Versender)
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Word und Excel)
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten
- Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Kundenorientierung, Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
