YOUR TASKS

  • Rüsten und Einrichten von manuellen und maschinellen Arbeitsplätzen
  • Maschinelles Bearbeiten von Triebwerksbauteilen
  • Einlegen und Spannen von Teilen in die vorgeschriebenen Vorrichtungen
  • Sicherstellung der Bauteilmaßhaltigkeit nach Vorgaben
  • Korrigieren der Einstelldaten bei Maßabweichungen
  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Nacharbeiten in Abstimmung mir der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Einstellen und Wechseln von Werkzeugen nach Vorgabe
  • Prüfen der gefertigten Teile mit prozessüblichen Messmitteln 
  • Dokumentation der Messergebnisse
  • Anwendung der MTU internen Systeme (z.B.: SAP, Guardus)

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung von CNC gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Beherrschung der Standardmessmittel sowie Erfahrung im Lesen von Zeichnungen
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise (Qualitätssicherung der hergestellten Teile)
  • Gutes Sehvermögen
  • Arbeiten im 18-Schichtbetrieb ( 3 Schicht )
  • Freude an Teamarbeit
