YOUR TASKS

  • Entwurf, Erstellung, Prüfung und Dokumentation von Software-/Hardwarekonzepten und Funktionsabläufen für komplexe Fertigungssysteme
  • Software-/Hardwareseitige Inbetriebnahme der Systeme in enger Abstimmung mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
  • Verantwortlich für den störungsfreien Einsatz von Hard- und Software im Umfeld der automatisierten Fertigung
  • Mitwirkung in bzw. Leitung von interdisziplinären Teams und Wahrnehmung von Projektaufgaben
  • Einführung, Betreuung und Optimierung hochmoderner, automatisierter Fertigungssysteme sowie neuer Fertigungsverfahren
  • Einführung und Koordination fremdsprachiger Dienstleistungs-Mitarbeiter im Aufgabenbereich

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studium der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit automatisierten Fertigungsanlagen sowie Verständnis für zugrundeliegende Hard- und Softwarekonzepte
  • Kenntnisse in Sinumerik 840D sl, NC, PLC, IPC und Simulationssoftware
  • Erfahrung mit mechanischen Fertigungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD Systemen (Siemens NX)
  • Empathie und emotionale Intelligenz in der Abstimmung mit Mitarbeitern
  • Methodenkompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
  • Fließende englische Sprachkenntnisse
