YOUR TASKS

  • Überprüfung der gefertigten Teile auf Beschaffenheit, Maßhaltigkeit und Vollständigkeit mithilfe prozessüblicher Messmittel
  • Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von Drehmaschinen
  • Einlegen und Spannen von Werkstücken in die vorgesehenen Vorrichtungen
  • Durchführung der Drehbearbeitung von komplexen und hochwertigen Triebwerksbauteilen
  • Vorbereitung der Werkzeuge sowie Durchführung von Werkzeugwechseln in der Maschine
  • Anwendung interner Systeme der MTU, wie z.B. SAP, Guardus und Teamcenter

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung von CNC-gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Drehen
  • Sehr sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Standardmessmitteln sowie Erfahrung im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
