YOUR TASKS

• Durchführen von Schleif- und Wuchtarbeiten an Triebwerkeinzelteilen, Baugruppen und Modulen unter Verwendung von CNC-Schleifbearbeitungsmaschinen
• Mitgestaltung und Optimierung des Schleif- und Wuchtprozesses zur Steigerung der Fertigungs- und Kosteneffizienz
• Qualitätskontrolle gemäß Mess- und Prüfvorgaben sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
• Visuelle Inspektion und Wartung der Maschinen und Anlagen sowie der dazugehörigen Arbeitsmittel
• Einrichten von Werkzeugen gemäß den vorgegebenen Spezifikationen
• Pflege und Verwaltung des Werkzeugmanagements

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in / Industriemechaniker:in
• Kenntnisse in den Programmiersprachen Siemens 840 D sind vorteilhaft
• Erfahrungen in der Nutzung von Bearbeitungsmaschinen sind von Vorteil
• Bereitschaft zur 3-Schichtarbeit
• Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie EDV- und SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
• Gewissenhaftes Arbeiten, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
