Tool Calibration Technician

The Calibration Technician ensures the accuracy and compliance of all precision tools, gauges, and measurement equipment used in aircraft engine maintenance. This position contributes to a dedicated team responsible for the comprehensive management and strategic development of all tooling-related aspects within the engineering department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Perform calibration of precision tools and measurement equipment according to standards.
Maintain calibration records and certificates in digital systems.
Plan and execute calibration schedules to prevent downtime.
Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA and OEM calibration requirements.
Support audits and inspections related to measurement equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve calibration-related issues.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Perform calibration of precision tools and measurement equipment according to standards.
Maintain calibration records and certificates in digital systems.
Plan and execute calibration schedules to prevent downtime.
Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA and OEM calibration requirements.
Support audits and inspections related to measurement equipment. Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent work ethic and motivation for a high standard of work.
