MTU provides maintenance from targeted hospital visits to complete overhauls on over 30+ commercial aero engine and industrial gas turbine lines and has completed more than 18,000 shop visits for over 1,400 customers worldwide. Within this Global network, MTU Maintenance Dallas provides hospital shop and on-site maintenance services.

Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Infrastructure Specialist to support and maintain our network and infrastructure landscape. This role involves hands-on work with modern technologies in a cloud-centric environment and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational support for our Arista network infrastructure
Support Kinexon Track & Trace systems provided by external vendors
Manage and maintain passive infrastructure (fiber and copper cabling)
Monitor and coordinate asset management system updates with field service teams
Administer local DNS and DHCP services
Work with cloud-based identity and access technologies such as PingFederate and ZTNA
Provide support for firewalls from Cisco and Fortinet

Network & Infrastructure Support:

Maintain and update network infrastructure documentation
Coordinate with external vendors during installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with internal cloud specialists to resolve user tickets related to network connectivity and cloud services

Required Skills/Abilities:

Proven experience in enterprise network and infrastructure support
Familiarity with Arista, Cisco, and Fortinet technologies
Strong understanding of DNS, DHCP, and passive infrastructure
Experience with cloud security tools (e.g., PingFed, ZTNA)
Experience with Genetec systems for access control and CCTV is a plus
Excellent coordination and communication skills
