Sie kennen sich aus mit SAP FI/CO, Materialbuchhaltung und Produktkostenkalkulation? Sie haben entweder langjährige Erfahrung im operativen Accounting/Controlling oder waren bereits in Transformationsprojekten aktiv? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.

Als Finance Transformation Expert:in übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der Weiterentwicklung unserer globalen Finanzprozesse – mit Fokus auf Inventory Accounting und SAP-Prozessdesign.

YOUR TASKS

  • Strategische Verantwortung für die globale Harmonisierung und Standardisierung der Inventory-Prozesse aus Finance-Sicht – mit Fokus auf End-to-End-Prozessdesign und Integration
  • Fachliche Verantwortung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Bewertungsmethoden und Buchhaltungsprozessen im SAP FI/CO-Umfeld – unter Berücksichtigung internationaler Bilanzierungsstandards
  • Steuerung komplexer Schnittstellen zwischen Accounting, Controlling, IT und Supply Chain – mit dem Ziel einer durchgängigen Prozess- und Datenkonsistenz
  • Leitung des Workstreams Inventory Accounting innerhalb der konzernweiten SAP-Transformation – inklusive enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product Costing und Overhead Cost Accounting
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Materialbewegungen und -daten im SAP-System (Materialstamm, Bewegungsarten, Zuschläge etc.) zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für Prozess- und Systemanpassungen
  • Sicherstellung der bilanziellen Anforderungen im Rahmen der Prozessdesign durch proaktive Abstimmung mit Accounting und Controlling

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting oder Controlling
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Leitung oder aktiven Mitgestaltung von SAP-Transformationsprojekten im Finance-/Controlling-Umfeld
  • Alternativ: Langjährige Erfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder im Accounting/Controlling mit tiefem Bezug zur Materialbuchhaltung und Produktkostenkalkulation
  • Fundiertes Wissen in SAP FI/CO sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse angrenzender Module (MM, PP, SD etc.)
  • Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, insbesondere im Rechnungswesen, Controlling und der Bewertung von Werteflüssen
  • Berufs- oder Beratungserfahrung in einem Industrieunternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf Fertigung, Wartung oder Instandhaltung
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams und im Stakeholder-Management
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und strategisches Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
