Als Praktikant:in im Recruiting unterstützt Du das Recruiting-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft bei der Gewinnung von neuen Mitarbeiter:innen. Du bist fester Bestandteil des Teams und bearbeitest verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben eigenständig. 

YOUR TASKS

Unterstützung im Bewerbermanagement und im gesamten Einstellungsprozess,
dazu gehört u.a.:

  • Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Betriebsratsanhörungen
  • Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen
  • Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Bewerber:innen und Fachbereichen
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation sowie Teilnahme an Karrieremessen/-veranstaltungen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Personalbereich
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Spaß an einer kommunikativen Tätigkeit und "hands-on" Mentalität
  • Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
