YOUR TASKS

  • Planen, Koordinieren und Umsetzen von Gebäude- und Infrastrukturprojekten an unserem Standort in Langenhagen
  • Unterstützung bei der strategischen Standortentwicklung hinsichtlich technischer, wirtschaftlicher und ökologischer Aspekte
  • Auftragsverfolgung, begleitende Überwachung und Abnahme auch fachfremder Arbeiten
  • Strategische Einbindung interner Fachstellen, externer Ingenieure und Berater sowie relevanter Behörden
  • Führen und Weiterentwickeln einer systematischen Bestandsdokumentation für Gebäude

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur oder des Bauingenieurwesens (Master Uni/FH)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Projektsteuerung und Koordination von verschiedenen Fachdisziplinen und Gewerken
  • Sichere Anwendung der Regelungen HOAI und VOB
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, Kenntnisse fachspezifischer Planungssoftware (CAD) und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Flexibilität zur Anpassung an wechselnde Anforderungen
  • Eigenverantwortliche, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten sowie ein professionelles Auftreten
