YOUR TASKS
- Rüsten, Einrichten und Bedienen von Drehmaschinen
- Einlegen und Spannen von Teilen in die vorgeschriebenen Vorrichtungen
- Drehbearbeitung von komplexen und hochwertigen Triebwerksbauteilen
- Vorbereiten von Werkzeugen und Werkzeugwechsel in der Maschine
- Prüfen der gefertigten Teile mit prozessüblichen Messmitteln auf Beschaffenheit, Maßhaltigkeit und Vollständigkeit
- Anwendung der MTU internen Systeme, z.B. SAP, Guardus, Teamcenter
YOUR PROFILE
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf
- Erfahrung in der Bedienung von CNC gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen
- Vorzugsweise Erfahrung beim Drehen
- Sehr sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Beherrschung der Standardmessmittel sowie Erfahrung im Lesen von Zeichnungen
- Arbeiten im 3-Schichtbetrieb
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team
