YOUR TASKS

  • Übernahme der Projektleitungsfunktion in kleinen bis großen Projekten
  • Fachliche Leitung von Arbeitsgruppen und Koordination bereichs- sowie standortübergreifender Projekte
  • Identifikation und Minimierung potenzieller Risiken
  • Abstimmung des Ressourcenbedarfs mit dem Kapazitätsmanagement zur Sicherstellung der Ressourcenverfügbarkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliches Steuern von personellen, finanziellen und technologischen Ressourcen, um Projekte qualitätsgerecht, zeitnah und budgetkonform abzuschließen
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines effektiven Netzwerks zu Kunden, Auftraggebern und externen Partnern
  • Durchführung weiterer Aufgaben im Auftrag der Fach- und Führungskräfte

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, einschließlich Methoden, Werkzeugen und Prozessen
  • Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling und fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere PowerPoint
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2/C1) in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Stressresistenz und Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen
