Als Hardwaremanager (all genders) sind Sie zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere technische Infrastruktur. Mit Ihrem Know-how stellen Sie sicher, dass unsere Systeme zuverlässig laufen – ob es sich um Geräte, Netzwerke oder Peripherie handelt. Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen Betrieb und unterstützen aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Landschaft.

YOUR TASKS

  • Koordination des IT-Fieldservice
  • Steuerung interner und externer Dienstleister zur Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe und korrekter kaufmännischer Abwicklung
  • Verantwortung für das Hardware-Beschaffungsmanagement – von der Bedarfsermittlung über die Auswahl bis zur Bestellung
  • Verwaltung der mobilen Endgeräte inklusive Vertragsmanagement und Tarifoptimierung
  • Betreuung der Kommunikationstechnik – von Headsets bis zur Telefonanlage
  • Sicherstellung der Funktionsfähigkeit der Medientechnik in allen Besprechungsräumen
  • Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Shared-Desk-Systems zur Arbeitsplatzbuchung
  • Technische Betreuung des Kantinenbezahlsystems
  • Administration der Zeit- und Zutrittssysteme zur Gewährleistung sicherer und reibungsloser Zugänge

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit IT-Hardware, Medientechnik und IT-Serviceprozessen
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
