YOUR TASKS

  • Beurteilung von Bauteilen hinsichtlich der Prozessfähigkeit und Durchführung der Prüfung gemäß geltenden Regeln, Prüfverfahren und Normen
  • Vorbereitung (Penetrieren, Waschen, Trocknen, Entwickeln) von Bauteilen zur zerstörungsfreien Prüfung
  • Bedienung und Kontrolle von Anlagen und Geräten unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Prozessparameter
  • Fachgerechte Interpretation und Bewertung von Prüfergebnissen hinsichtlich Annahme und Zurückweisung von Prüfobjekten
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsausführung und Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse
  • Anleitung und Beaufsichtigung von Level-1-Personal und Level-2-Trainees sowie Entwicklung von Prüfanweisungen aus genehmigten NDT-Verfahrensanweisungen
  • Durchführung von Anlagenwartungen gemäß Wartungsplan und Organisation von ZfP bei OSM und AOG Einsätzen
  • Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten zur Bedienung und Kontrolle  der Prüftechnik, Gerätetechnik und Inspection Kits

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf mit fachbezogener Weiterbildung oder entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Qualifikation nach DIN EN 4179 PT/MT Stufe 2
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • SAP Grundkenntnisse wünschenswert
