Der Bereich Repair & Inspection umfasst programmübergreifend die Durchführung der Reinigung und Rissprüfung, des Befunds, der Einzelteilreparatur sowie des Process Engineerings. Damit ist der Bereich für die Durchführung aller Tätigkeiten nach der Demontage bis zum Abschluss der Teilereparatur am Standort Berlin-Brandenburg verantwortlich. Bearbeitet werden alle Bauteile aus dem Triebwerksportfolio des Standortes, also die Industriegasturbinen der LM-Serie und Flugtriebwerke der CF34-Serie von General Electric, das CFM56-7 von CFMI, sowie des Herstellers Pratt & Whitney Canada.

YOUR TASKS

  • Vermessung von Beschädigungen an Triebwerksbauteilen anhand von Abdrücken/ Replikas
  • Erstellung und Vermessung von Replikas  
  • Anwendung optisches 3D-Messsysteme und Auflichtmikroskope
  • Durchführung von Härteprüfungen: Messen der Bauteilhärte am Bauteil
  • Kontrolle und selbstständige Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte in den bauteilbegleitenden Unterlagen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Werkstoffprüfer:in, Metallograph:in oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätsprüfung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • PC-Kenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Normen und Vorschriften
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
