YOUR TASKS

  • Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung der IT und der Digitalisierungsstrategie für den Konzern
  • Strategische, zukunftsgerichtete Weiterentwicklung unserer weltweiten IT Organisation in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem (Top-) Management
  • Leitung und Umsetzung von strategischen IT Governance Projekten, z.B. dem Aufbau eines konzernweiten Projektportfoliomanagements und eines standardisierten IT Performance Managements
  • Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung unseres IT-Managementsystems und der damit verbundenen Prozesse und Systeme
  • Inhouse-Beratung und Qualifizierung, z.B. bezüglich IT Projektmanagement oder der Definition und Umsetzung von IT Prozessen
  • Vertretung der Interessen unserer IT Organisation bzw. der MTU Aero Engines AG in internen und externen Projekten, Arbeitsgruppen und bei Verhandlungen 
  • Regelmäßige Kommunikation auf (Top-) Management Ebene

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studium (Uni oder FH) in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung bzw. eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung
    • in den Bereichen IT Governance und IT Quality
    • bei der Gestaltung und Koordination eines IT-Managementsystems
    • in der Steuerung/Koordination eines Konzern-IT-Projektportfolios
    • in der Leitung komplexer IT-Projekte
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Methoden
  • Kenntnisse von gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen im Umfeld der Informationstechnologie
  • Kenntnisse im Prozess- und Konfliktmanagement
  • Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit     
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, eigenständiges Handeln, Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
