Zusammen mit Dir betreuen wir die nächste Generation von Talenten bei der MTU. Als Praktikant:in im Team Employee Relations übernimmst Du von Anfang an eine wichtige Rolle – mit besonderem Fokus auf die Unterstützung unserer studentischen Mitarbeitenden. Gemeinsam mit den anderen Studierenden im Team und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachbereichen bist du ein essenzieller Bestandteil unseres Arbeitsalltags.
Das Beste? Du arbeitest mit einem jungen, motivierten Team zusammen, das Dir stets zur Seite steht. Dabei sammelst Du selbst und durch den Erfahrungsschatz Deiner Kolleg:innen wertvolle praktische Erfahrungen.

YOUR TASKS

  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Studierenden (Praktikant:innen, Werkstudierende, Diplomand:innen)
  • Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit Fachbereichen und unseren studentischen Mitarbeitenden
  • Erstellung von Betriebsratsanhörungen, Verlängerungen, Übernahmeverträgen, Kündigungsbestätigungen und Versetzungen
  • Erstellung von Zeugnissen und Bestätigungen
  • Unterstützung bei Ein- und Austrittsformalitäten von studentischen Mitarbeitenden
  • Pflege der elektronischen Personalakte

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der Psychologie oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Zuverlässigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Engagement und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Teamplayer und Kommunikationstalent
