YOUR TASKS
- Provision of Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) on-site maintenance services to customers in Europe, Middle East and Africa, coordination of related operational and commercial aspects including different stake holders
- Customer experience and relationship management
- Reporting and reconciliation with the suppliers, ensuring payment alignment, incoming invoices management, accuracy with invoicing generation, margin checks
- Customer- centric Project management
- Readiness for on-call services
YOUR PROFILE
- Successful degree in relevant studies, i.e. Business Administration, Logistics/Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent working experience
- Customer and solutions oriented
- Comfortable in dealing with complex situations
- Technical interest, basic knowledge of aircraft engines or aviation industry would be an asset
- Proactive, customer driven mind-set and ease in working in a dynamic, international environment and ability to work in (virtual) global a team
- Structured approached to open tasks and good prioritisation skills
- Fluency in English
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), SAP would be advantageous
