YOUR TASKS

  • Standortübergreifende Ausbildung über mehrere Monate zum Werkstoffprüfer ZfP mit Spezialisierung für Ultraschallprüfung
  • Durchführung von Ultraschallprüfungen an Turbinenbauteilen unter Anwendung automatisierter Prüfanlagen und handgeführter Prüftechniken
  • Durchführung von fluoreszierenden Eindringprüfungen an Turbinenbauteilen
  • Bedienung der technischen Prüfanlagen und –geräte inklusive Überwachung der einzuhaltenden Systemparameter
  • Bewertung und Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung an einem Bauteilportfolio mit vergleichbarem Anforderungsspektrum
  • Fachbezogene Weiterbildung/Qualifikation oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung in der ZfP wünschenswert
  • Technisches Verständnis zu den physikalischen Grundlagen und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der Ultraschallprüfung
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit beim Übergeben von Prüfaufgaben und Teilprüfergebnissen
  • gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
