YOUR TASKS

  • Unterstützung der Fachabteilung in allen Fragen des Zoll- und Exportkontrollrechts, sowie im Tages- und Projektgeschäft
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Zollanmeldungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Klassifizierung von Gütern
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung außenhandelsrechtlicher Prozesse, Unternehmensrichtlinien und Kennzahlensysteme
  • Umsetzung rechtlicher Anforderungen innerhalb Teamcenter und SAP GTS
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Durchführung regelmäßiger Schulungs- und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen
  • Erarbeitung von Präsentationen und Ablaufschemata

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studium im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaft, der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Erste berufliche Erfahrungen in einem Industrieunternehmen wünschenswert
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • SAP Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse 
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Offenheit, Teamfähigkeit und „das richtige Mindset“ für Compliance
