Das Praktikum bietet einen umfassenden Einblick in das gesamte Spektrum der Personalarbeit der Ausbildung, des Dualen Studiums und Azubimarketings eines international agierenden Unternehmens. Im Schwerpunkt wirst Du in das Recruiting der neuen Auszubildenden eingebunden, unterstützt bei administrativen Tätigkeiten und arbeitest hierbei auch im Team mit anderen Studierenden und unseren Ausbilder:innen zusammen.

YOUR TASKS

  • Abwicklung der Bewerberkorrespondenz, telefonisch und im Bewerbermanagementsystem
  • Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit Ausbildern und Betriebsrat, z.B. Vereinbarung von Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Bewerbungsgesprächen mit Möglichkeit zur Teilnahme
  • Administrative Unterstützung der Ausbildung (z.B. Erstellung von Auswertungen, Rechnungsbearbeitung)
  • Konzeption, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen (interne und externe Events) für Schüler und Auszubildende
  • Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Messen

YOUR PROFILE

  • Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (z.B. BWL) oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung
  • Versiert im Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen
  • Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Selbständigkeit
  • Verfügbarkeit von idealerweise min. 5 Monaten (gerne länger, mit der Option einer anschließenden Werkstudierendentätigkeit)
