Als Projektleitung Trainings Akademie (all genders) sind sie Verantwortlich deutschlandweit im operativen Projektgeschäft eine Training Academie zu konzeptionieren, zu planen und am Standort umzusetzen. In dieser Position verantworten Sie die Projektumsetzung im Team mit folgenden spannenden Aufgaben:

YOUR TASKS

  • Entwicklung eines Projektstrukturplans sowie Untergliederung in Teilprojekte unter Berücksichtigung von Termin-, Kapazitäts-, Kosten- und Qualitätsplanung
  • Abstimmung mit dem Projekt- und Innovationsmanagement der MTU
  • Definition und Integration von Meilensteinen zur Erfolgskontrolle und Steuerung des Projektfortschritts
  • Enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen sowie Steuerung externer Partner
  • Erstellung von Layouts
  • Sicherstellung der Transparenz über den Projektverlauf durch regelmäßige Kommunikation des Ist- und Soll-Zustands gegenüber dem Lenkungs- und Steuerkreis
  • Identifikation von Risiken, Analyse von Abweichungen und Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Sicherstellen einer wertschätzenden und zielorientierten Zusammenarbeit des Projektteams

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld oder der Luftfahrtbranche
  • Kenntnisse in der Planung von Ausbildungs- oder Trainingszentren sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Steuerung komplexer Projektpläne
  • Hohes Maß an Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Bereitschaft zur Mobilität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
