YOUR TASKS

  • Erarbeitung der Dokumentation zur rechtzeitigen Beantragung von Neu- und Re-Zertifizierungen durch Behörden/Firmen
  • Vorbereitung/Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Zulassungsaudits der Behörden/Kund:innen bei MTU-BB
  • Vorbereitung/Durchführung der Zulassung OV's/Supplier/"Verl.Werkbank" und deren Bewertung
  • Vorbereitung/Durchführung/Auswertung interner und externer Audits sowie die terminliche Verfolgung der Abstell- und Präventivmaßnahmen daraus
  • Überprüfung und Einarbeitung (luft-)rechtlicher Anforderungen in das interne Qualitätsmanagementsystem
  • Auswertung EU-, EASA-, LBA- und FAA-Regulations, LBA-Rundschr., NfL, LTA, Biweekly, Bundesgesetzblätter, AD's,AC's, u. a. sowie die Einleitung/Umsetzung von Folgemaßnahmen (von Print- und elektronischen Datenträgern)
  • Erarbeitung/Überarbeitung/Aktualisierung QMH, OP's, AA's, u. a. QM-relevanter Dokumentation
  • Erarbeitung von Qualitätsberichten, Qualitätsstatistiken/Mitwirkung in Q-Zirkeln
  • Untersuchung von Vorkommnissen/Erstellung der entsprechenden Berichte
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Projekte und Verbesserungsinitiativen
  • QS-Vertragsprüfung und Erarbeitung der zugehörigen Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen
  • Erarbeitung von Schulungsmaterial und Durchführung von Trainings von Mitarbeiter:innen (z.B. Human Factor, QM und CIP Training)
  • Veranlassung von "Self-Audits" bei OV´s
  • Zusammenarbeit/Erfahrungsaustausch mit Auditoren der MTU Standorte/P&WC, S/C Network

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieur- oder Wirtschaftsingenieurstudium (Bachelor oder Master)
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Tätigkeit im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Qualitätsmethoden (z.B. FMEA, 8D…)
  • Abgeschlossene Auditorausbildung und Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Audits
  • Kenntnisse im internationalen Luftrecht (EASA, FAA, CAAC u.ä.)
  • Kenntnisse der ISO 9001 und EN91xx Normen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • PC-Kenntnisse
  • Eigenverantwortliche, systematische und kooperative Arbeitsweise
  • Seriöses und kompetentes Auftreten gegenüber Kund:innen und Behörde
