YOUR TASKS

• Manuelle Bearbeitung und Herstellung komplexer Bauteilgeometrien
• Handhabung und Führen unterschiedlicher manueller Werkzeuge
• Durchführen von Nacharbeiten nach Vorgabe der Arbeitsvorbereitung
• Rüsten der Bauteile für die Gleitschleifanlagen
• Vorbereiten und wechseln der Werkzeuge nach Vorgabe
• Prüfen der gefertigten Teile mit prozessüblichen Messmitteln auf Beschaffenheit, Maßhaltigkeit und Vollständigkeit sowie Dokumentation auf Werkstattebene
• Durchführung von manuellen Vor-/Nachbearbeitungstätigkeiten

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf oder auf andere Weise erworbene gleichwertige Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten
• Handwerkliches Geschick/Fähigkeiten
• Beherrschung der Standardmessmittel sowie Erfahrung im Lesen von Zeichnungen
• Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise um die hergestellte Qualität zu sichern
• Gutes Sehvermögen
• Arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb (3-Schicht)
• Freude an der Teamarbeit
