YOUR TASKS

• Durchsetzung der IT-Prozesse sowie Regelwerke in den Centern TX und TO
• Unterstützung und Beratung der Anwender bei Beantragung von Hardware, Software und Berechtigungen im IT-Webshop
• Ansprechpartner für FI bezüglich IT-Belange im Center TX und TO
• Ansprechpartner bei IT-Sicherheitsvorfällen
• Erste Genehmigungsinstanz bei Anträgen zu sonder- und IT-Security relevanten Produkten (Prüfung von Notwendigkeit, Vollständigkeit und fachlichen Bedarf der Anträge)
• Wahrnehmung der Rolle als Datenschutzkoordinator: Ansprechpartner für die Einhaltung der entsprechenden Regelungen und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Verfahrensmeldungen

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste Erfahrungen als IV-SiVe oder Vorkenntnisse zu IT-Webshop sowie Software- und Hardwareshop wünschenswert
• Vorhandenes Netzwerk im TO und TX wünschenswert
• Affinität zu IT Sachverhalten
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Belastbarkeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
