YOUR TASKS

• Anwenderbetreuung für Mitarbeiter in der Produktion mit dem Fokus auf Teamcenter und NXA
• Erstellung von Konzepten und Fachspezifikationen für die Weiterentwicklung vorhandener MTU-Hauptsysteme für die Produktion
• Abstimmung mit dem Fachbereich und mit der internen IT 
• Durchführung von IT-Systemtests sowie Systemabnahmen 
• Vertretung des Fachbereiches bei der Einführung eines neuen PLM-Systems 
• Beschreibung von Schnittstellen zu weiteren IT-Systemen 
• Abstimmung mit anderen Standorten 
• Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen 
• Mitwirkung bzw. Leitung von Competence Teams 
• Mitwirkung in IT-Projekten 
• Durchsetzung der IT-Prozesse sowie Regelwerke in den Centern TO/TX, Entscheidung bei IT-Anträgen hinsichtlich Notwendigkeit, Vollständigkeit und fachlichen Bedarfs („IV-SiVe“)

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsinformatik / Informatik / Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen / Betriebswirtschaftslehre / Maschinenbau bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse und Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit CAD (NX) und Teamcenter 
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Abläufe in der Produktion und der Anwendung relevanter IT-Systeme
• Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, hohe Eigenverantwortung
• Erfahrungen in der IT-Anwenderbetreuung wünschenswert 
• Erfahrung mit Projektarbeit wünschenswert (agiles Projektmanagement) 
• Erfahrung mit Projektsteuerungstools (z.  B.) Jira/Confluence) wünschenswert
