YOUR TASKS

• Durchführen von Zerspanungsarbeiten an Triebwerkeinzelteilen, -baugruppen und -modulen mittels CNC-Bearbeitungsmaschinen
• Mitgestaltung und Verbesserung des CNC-Prozesses hinsichtlich Fertigungs- und Kostenoptimierung
• Manuelles und maschinelles Bearbeiten von Triebwerksbauteilen
• Qualitätskontrolle anhand von Mess- und Prüfvorgaben sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
• Visuelle Inspektion und Pflege der Anlagen / Maschinen sowie der dazugehörigen Arbeitsmittel
• Einrichten von Werkzeugen nach Vorgaben
• Pflegen des Werkzeugmanagements

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker  oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Erfahrung in der Bedienung von CNC gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen
• Beherrschung der Standardmessmittel sowie Erfahrung im Lesen von Zeichnungen
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
• Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Gutes Sehvermögen
• Gewissenhaftes Arbeiten, Zuverlässigkeit
• Freude an der Teamarbeit
