YOUR TASKS

• Betreuung und fachliche Anleitung der NC-Anwender
• Einführung und Umsetzung von Standards innerhalb der CAM-NC-Prozesskette auf Shopfloorebene
• Ansprechstelle für NC-Themen zur Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebes in der Fertigung
• Entwicklung von Methoden und Zyklen als Beitrag zur Automatisierung von Fertigungsanlagen (Closed Door)
• Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung des maschinenintegrierten Messens
• Erstellung, Dokumentation und Betreuung von Maschinenzyklen
• Mitwirkung bei Maschinenbeschaffungen zu Fragen der NC-Technik
• Laufende Unterstützung/Betreuung der Fachabteilungen
• Durchführung von Schulungen

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung bzw. eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der NC-Programmierung vorzugsweise mit der NC-Steuerung Sinumerik 840D
• Fundierte Kenntnisse DIN66025 + Hochsprachenerweiterungen
• mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fertigungstechnik
• CAD/CAM Kenntnisse wünschenswert (APT, EXAPT,  NX-CAM)
• Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Unternehmerisches Denken, eigenständiges Handeln, Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
