YOUR TASKS

• Entwicklung und Überwachung einer umfassenden Reparaturstrategie für das gesamte MTU Netzwerk unter Berücksichtigung von Markt- und technischen Entwicklungen
• Durchführung von Kapazitätssimulationen zur Unterstützung der strategischen Planung
• Verplanung des Reparaturvolumens in Übereinstimmung mit der Reparaturstrategie und der Kapazitätssimulation
• Verantwortung für Investitionsrichtlinien sowie Unterstützung der Standorte bei der CAPEX-Planung
• Planung und Überwachung aller Industrialisierungstätigkeiten im Einklang mit der Reparaturstrategie und Kapazitätssimulation
• Verantwortung für das Governance Board und Überwachung der Umsetzung der Reparaturstrategie sowie technologischer Entwicklungen und Wettbewerbsanalysen
• Koordination und Durchführung des Make or Buy-Prozesses
• Verfolgung der aktuellen Bedarfe sowie Definition neuer Reparaturlizenzen

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder ähnliche Fachrichtung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Triebwerkswartung oder Triebwerksteilereparatur
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Strategie, Finance oder Reparaturplanung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Finanzwirtschaft, Vermarktung oder Industrialisierung von Reparaturprozessen
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Manager "Level I" oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten
• Erfahrung in Moderations- und Präsentationstechniken
