YOUR TASKS

  • Methodenweiterentwicklung Agiles und Hybrides Projektmanagement: Sie führen agiles und klassisches Projektmanagement zu einem hybriden Ansatz zusammen und entwickeln den methodischen Werkzeugkasten stetig weiter
  • Beratung & Enablement: Sie beraten Projekte (Mitarbeitende & Führungskräfte) zu Methoden und IT-Tools im Projektmanagement und begleiten deren nachhaltige Einführung
  • Trainings: Sie konzipieren, pilotieren und rollen Trainingsangebote zum hybriden Projektmanagement (Methode & Tools) im Rahmen des Projektes „Projektmanagement Qualifizierung“ aus
  • Netzwerk & Skalierung: Sie bauen das MTU-weite Netzwerk der „Agile Masters“ aus und treiben die Themen durch zielgerichtete Kommunikation weiter voran
  • Nutzerorientierte Tool-Weiterentwicklung: Sie evaluieren Kundenbedarfe, leiten priorisierte Anforderungen ab und entwickeln gemeinsam mit Anwender:innen und IT unsere cplace-Plattform (PPMHub) zielgerichtet weiter
  • Testing & Releaseplanung: Sie unterstützen die Releases des cplace PPMHub – von der Anforderungsbeschreibung über die Umsetzung und das Testing bis hin zum Go-Live

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Praxis-Erfahrung im agilen und klassischen Projektumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im hybriden, agilen und klassischen Projektmanagement mit Zertifizierung als Agile Master, Scrum Master, Product Owner oder ähnliches
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Workshops und Trainings
  • Begeisterung für agile Methoden, effiziente Prozesse und digitale Tools (idealerweise cplace und M365)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Stakeholdermanagement
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Umsetzungsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft
