YOUR TASKS

The Senior Manager GTF Network Planning & Performance will serve a critical role in driving the most efficient and effective use of MTU Network capacity. The individual will work closely within the GTF Network Operations Planning & Execution, liaise cross-functionally across the Commercial Aftermarket Network and Product Teams, to drive key initiatives across the GTF fleets, including but not limited to:  

  • Engage in all planning, risk identification, problem resolution and escalation activities of the GTF Network team.
  • Provide specific guidance to the team on 30K & 24K assembly capacity (by ESN, by week / by month) for MTU GTF execution across MTH-H, EME-L/M, MTU-Z/J, working within the Network Ops and Materials Solutions teams to ensure all blockers are resolved in support of output commitments.
  • Support MTU’s achievement of the TAT glidepath goals and boost activities.
  • Support Commercial Engine Operations monthly variance analysis, engine(s) pull-in/push out, and identify and implement appropriate corrective action plan.
  • Support efforts to identify best practices and drive standardization across the GTF Network related to shop visit planning and execution.
  • Engage with the Materials Solutions and Engineering teams to collaborate on mitigation opportunities to overcome material constraints to maximize gate 3 (assembly) starts.
  • The Material Specialist will report directly to Senior Network Operations Director within IAE LLC.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related disciplines; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in commercial engines aftermarket, or related functions
  • Profound understanding of commercial engines MRO processes
  • Energetic, dynamic, assertive individual striving for optimization and solutions
  • Ability to work with multiple organizations in a fast-paced aftermarket business environment
  • Proven ability to address shop concerns and work with shops to develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Availability for business travel as required
  • Desired start date: Second quarter of 2026
