YOUR TASKS

• Erstellung von NC-Bearbeitungsprogrammen für die Fertigung von technologisch anspruchsvollen Triebwerksbauteilen
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Erprobung unterschiedlicher Fertigungsverfahren (mit Fokus auf Drehen und Fräsen)   
• Auslegung und Definition von Werkzeugen und Anstoß der Werkzeugbeschaffung
• Erstellung von Erprobungsunterlagen und Durchführung von Erprobungen der NC-Programme 
• Mitwirken bei Vorrichtungsauslegungen
• Mitwirkung bei der Betreuung von Partnern im MTU-Netzwerk und von externen Kunden
• Mitwirkung bei interdisziplinären Teams und Projekten
• Mitwirkung bei der Definition und Optimierung für Postprozessorspezifikationen
• Mitwirken bei Technologievorhaben    

YOUR PROFILE

• Studium (Fachhochschule, Universität) der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau bzw. einschlägige Ausbildung zum Techniker:in/ Meister:in
• vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Fertigungstechnologie Drehen und Fräsen
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von NC-Bearbeitungsprogrammen erwünscht
• Kenntnisse der Maschinensteuerung Sinumerik 840D  oder Sinumerik one erwünscht
• Kenntnisse in CAD-Systemen (Siemens NX, Exapt Plus) erwünscht
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen und SAP
• Gute Englischkenntnisse
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Team- u. Kommunikationsfähigkeit
