MTU Aero Engines ist an einer Reihe von Triebwerksreglern für militärische Flugtriebwerke beteiligt. Für die Entwicklung, die Produktion und den Betrieb dieser Regler werden Testsysteme benötigt, die bei MTU, deren Kunden und Lieferanten sowie den Partnerfirmen in Europa genutzt werden. Die Testsysteme werden zumeist als Hardware-in-the-Loop-Systeme mit einer Simulation des jeweiligen Triebwerks betrieben.

Die Stelle wird zunächst auf 1 Jahr befristet besetzt.

YOUR TASKS

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Hardware in Loop (HiL) Testsystemen nach luftfahrtrechtlichen Vorschriften über alle Phasen wie Anforderungsanalyse, Entwurf, Implementierung und Verifikation
  • Planung und Durchführung von Wartungs- und Supportaktivitäten für bestehende Testsysteme
  • Durchführung von Tests, Kalibrierungen, Validierungen, Fehleranalysen und Reparatur
  • Hardwarenahe Softwareentwicklung nach Wasserfallmodell und mit agilen Methoden
  • Software-Implementierung in Python, Matlab/Simulink und C#, insbesondere zur Testautomatisierung
  • Erstellung von Schalt-, Stromlauf- und Kabelplänen mit den dazugehörigen Materiallisten
  • Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Testsysteme und -methoden
  • Software-Implementierung in Python, Matlab/Simulink und C#, insbesondere zur Testautomatisierung

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder einer verwandten Studienrichtung
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet elektrischen Messens, Steuerns und Regelns (EMSR) sowie der Softwareentwicklung
  • Erfahrung  mit der Erstellung elektrischer Schaltungen
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und im Service von Hardware in Loop Testsystemen
  • Erfahrung mit einem ALM-Tool wie Polarion und einem Konfigurationsmanagementtool wie Subversion
  • Sehr gute Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbständiges und problemorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatz- und Verantwortungsbereitschaft sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
