YOUR TASKS

  • Zielgerichtete und zeitnahe Management-Berichterstattung des MTU Konzerns an den Vorstand, Aufsichtsrat sowie an weitere Unternehmensgremien
  • Steuerung und Durchführung des Risikomanagementprozesses der MTU Gruppe
  • Mitgestaltung der digitalen Transformation im Finanzbereich im Zuge der Optimierung / Neugestaltung des Berichtswesens und des Corporate Risk Managements
  • Schaffung von Transparenz der Wirkungszusammenhänge durch eine effiziente Analyse und Interpretation von Kennzahlen, inkl. deren Kommentierung
  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung aller zugehörigen Prozesse, Inhalte und Methoden
  • Betreuung von Teilprozessen im Rahmen der Unternehmensplanung
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zu den dezentralen Controllingabteilungen, der Bilanzabteilung, Investor Relations sowie zur IT
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten, ggf. Übernahme (Teil-) Projektleitung

YOUR PROFILE

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Hohe IT-Affinität sowie Erfahrung mit neuen digitalen Controllinginstrumenten /-methoden
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit DV-basierten Arbeitsmitteln, insbesondere SAP (FI/CO und AfO)
  • Gute Rechnungslegungskenntnisse (IFRS und HGB)
  • Konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, Qualitätsbewusstsein Eigeninitiative hohe Teamfähigkeit
  • Interesse und Offenheit gegenüber neuen Aufgaben, Themen und Herausforderungen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse
