YOUR TASKS

• Auswahl und Einsatz der geeigneten Mess- und Prüfmittel in Abhängigkeit der Zeichnungsforderung unter Anwendung funktionsspezifischer Vorschriften
• Durchführung der Prüfaufgabe mithilfe von Messmaschinen nach Zeichnung, Prüfplan oder technischen Unterlagen inklusive Auswerten, Verifizieren und Dokumentieren der Messergebnisse sowie Durchführung von Nachmessungen
• Erstellen der Messprogramme für unterschiedliche Messaufgaben sowie Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung von Messstrategien
• Identifizieren und Dokumentieren von Abweichungen sowie Weiterleiten an die zuständigen Stellen
• Dokumentieren und Abschließen der Aufträge im CAQ- System
• Durchführung von Sonderprüftätigkeiten

YOUR PROFILE

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
• Erfahrung im Bereich der Qualitätsprüfung
• Sicherer Umgang mit Arbeitsplänen, Zeichnungen, Normen und Vorschriften
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Messmitteln und Messgeräten sowie ggf. Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung, z.B. AUKOM 1-3
• Ausbaufähige Englischkenntnisse
• Kenntnis des Messprogramms Calypso (Zeiss) wünschenswert
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office), SAP wünschenswert
• Eigenverantwortliche und systematische Arbeitsweise
• Schichtfähigkeit und -bereitschaft
• Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
