MTU TURBOMECA ROLLS-ROYCE ITP GmbH (MTRI) is an internationally operating company with 15 employees. MTRI is responsible for the management of the production, sales, and support of the MTR390-E and MTR390-2C gas turbines for the military Tiger helicopter, based in Hallbergmoos.

Your Tasks:

• Setup, update, and operation of the MTRI Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure that all quality documents are current and accurate
• Act as the interface to customers (ODT, AAP) regarding quality issues
• Support MTRI management on quality-related topics in projects and contracts
• Organize and host regular quality meetings and the MTRI Quality Group
• Manage the MTRI Process Management System (PMS)
• Maintain action lists and ensure the closure of actions
• Manage the Risk and Opportunities Register
• Oversee the KPI monitor and the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) at MTRI
• Serve as the primary contact for the Functional Group FG4 regarding quality matters
• Coordinate quality-related issues with FG4 and partner companies
• Plan, prepare, and conduct internal/external audits at MTRI

Your Profile:

•   Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in comparable managerial tasks
•   Expertise in ISO and EN9100 standards
•   Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
•   Regular training and certification in quality management
•   Auditor qualification
•   Strong autonomy and ability to work independently
•   Intercultural competence and interpersonal skills
•   Team player with excellent collaboration abilities
•   Business fluent in both German and English
