EUROJET Turbo GmbH is the international management consortium for the EJ200 turbofan engine, a cornerstone of Europe’s largest joint military aircraft program, the Eurofighter Typhoon. Located in Hallbergmoos, near Munich Airport, Germany, we are at the forefront of innovation and excellence in the aerospace industry. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales & Commercial Manager / Industrial Participation (m/w/d) to join us full-time (40 hours/week).

Your Tasks:

As a Sales & Commercial Manager (all genders), you will play a major role in ensuring seamless operations and driving change initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies for Industrial Participation, Offset, and Technology Transfer
  • Be the face of EUROJET in strategic discussions with partners, customers, and stakeholders
  • Craft and execute winning strategies for export sales campaigns, optimizing resources and responsibilities
  • Lead contract negotiations and secure Industrial Participation agreements aligned with company policies
  • Shape and drive a global marketing strategy in collaboration with partner companies
  • Support NETMA contract management, from cost evaluations to dispute resolutions, ensuring seamless execution

Your Profile:

  • University degree in a Marketing/Sales business field or comparable education
  • Proven track record in the aerospace industry with strong commercial expertise
  • Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with the EJ200 engine is a plus
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a feel for building strong relationships
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
