YOUR TASKS

  • Durchführung und Leitung von Gate Reviews gemäß MRO Technologie-, Produktentwicklungs- und Serienbetreuungsprozess (S-Prozess / MTT323)
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört das Zusammenstellen des Review-Teams, um eine effiziente und qualitativ hochwertige Überprüfung unserer Projekte sicherzustellen
  • Planung und Koordination der erforderlichen Gates (S1-S8) in Abstimmung mit Projektleitern und Führungskräften
  • Unterstützung und Coaching der Projektleiter:in
  • Beurteilung technischer Sachverhalte und Zulassungsstrategien, einschließlich der Erfüllung behördlicher Anforderungen (EASA) oder OEM-Kriterien
  • Zusammenfassung der Ergebnisse und Definition von Maßnahmen
  • Weiterentwicklung des S-Prozesses und Schulung beteiligter Personen
  • Mitarbeit an der MRO Technology Roadmap sowie im Patentboard

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bestätigtes Potenzial für fachliche Führung oder als Fach-EFK bereits dem erweiterten Führungskreis zugeordnet
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Auslegung, Entwicklung und Zulassung von Gasturbinenkomponenten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der MRO-Abläufe und Reparaturverfahren
  • Hohe Prozess- und Methodenkompetenz sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (verhandlungssicher)
