Your Tasks:
Scope:
- To support or self-conduct together with the Head of OCCAR Business all contract drafting and contract management aspects of the EPI’s business with customers
- To be capable to execute and conclude self-standing discussions and commercial T&Cs activities leading to contract implementation and amendment
- To be the front office and the primary focal point towards the customer, related to the commercial aftermarket activities
- To liaise with other stakeholders of EPI e.g. Engineering, Finance, Sales, Procurement and Programme as required, to deliver their accountabilities and provide contractual guidance
- To lead and manage the contract change process from contract draft and initial business case via approval and mandate to negotiation and finalization of a contract or contract amendment with the customer.
Accountabilities:
- To report to the Head OCCAR Business, and provide support in pricing to comply with EPI commercial objectives
- To comply with the associated commercial support requirements of organisational needs coming from other directorates
- To be compliant with the EPI Commercial processes and the EPI Quality Management System
- To communicate on a regular basis across the EPI organisation, including EPI executives and Parent Companies
Responsibilities:
- To support sales activities through the different phases: customer requirement capture, proposal release, negotiation, contract signature, hand-over (including lessons learned)
- To lead selfstanding activities related to his/her allocated business opportunities internally within EPI and with Parent Companies for the contracts
- To negotiate within a defined mandate with 3rd parties and to capture potential agreemenst selfstanding in contractual language
- To conduct and/or support the related internal EPI / Parent Companies approval process
- To support the associated Management in discharging accountabilities to deliver EPI’s contractual requirements byensuring compliance of proposals to the EPI pricing policy
- To align EPI financial activities KPIs with activities related to Contract Management including the self-standing reporting of clear gaps and mitigation actions
- To support the organisation in the identification and management of contract risk
- To liaise with other members of the Department (e.g. Finance, Procurement) and OEM and Supply Chain Programme as well as Aftermarket Directorate as required, assisting them to deliver their accountabilities.
Your Profile:
- Education: Grade
- Specialization: Business Administration
- Experience Years: 8-10 years
- Advanced experience in a Commercial role as well as contractual drafting and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the government contracting environment appreciated
- English language proficiency and potentially Spanish language,
- Technical knowledge on engine and engine supportpreferred
- Skills in data analysis and calculation preferred
- Deeper skills in MS Office and SAP R3 preffered
