Customer Representative at MTU-Zhuhai (all genders)

Your Tasks:

• Represent MTU’s program office at our MRO plants in Zhuhai and Jinwan
• Manage and support the locations as a customer (IAE LLC) representative for MTU-allocated PW1000G-JM engines to ensure the accomplishment of our yearly targets
• Monitor operational and commercial KPI’s to initiate proactively corrective actions and call for support and escalation if needed
• Act as a bridge between our customer, plants and MTU’s headquarter to ensure an aligned and efficient communication
• Represent MTU as a shareholder and align where necessary
• Monitor the realization of existing contractual provisions between all parties and support further contract negotiations
• Support business and contract review meetings
• Support the allocation and strategic capacity planning process
• Ensure & support the implementation of process standardization and operational efficiencies 
• Drive and support cost reduction measures to boost MTU's and our plants profitability
• Drive and support best practice exchange across MTU's and IAE LLC's aftermarket network

Your Profile:

• Bachelor/Master in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and management or similar study on a technical college as a certified technician
• Working Experience in the engine MRO Business and / or OEM Business preferable
• English business fluent in spoken and written, additional language beneficial
• MS-Office and SAP knowledge required
• Communication and team skills in a multinational environment
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and communications skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Readiness for international travel
